For agencies
A white-label chat widget you can resell
Ten client sites, unlimited replies, and nothing on the panel that points back at us. You keep the client relationship, the branding and the margin.
What resale actually requires
Most chat widgets treat white-labelling as an upsell, which means the thing that makes resale possible is the thing you pay most for. Some charge per client on top. Either way the maths only works at a retainer high enough to absorb it.
Agency is $299 a month for ten client assistants. Serving ten clients at $99 each is $990 of revenue against $299 of cost, and the cost does not move when one of those clients has a busy month.

Why replies are unlimited and clients are not
A reply costs a fraction of a cent to serve, so capping replies would protect almost nothing while making your costs unpredictable at exactly the moment a client’s campaign works.
Client count is different. It tracks what you earn, so it is the honest thing to price on. That is also why the tier is ten clients rather than unlimited: an unlimited reseller tier is subsidised by every customer who is not reselling, and it eventually gets withdrawn or repriced. A number we can hold is better for you than a promise we cannot.
Per client, everything is separate
Each assistant has its own documents, its own retrieval, its own colours and its own instructions on how to speak. Nothing is shared between them, so one client’s handbook can never surface in another client’s answers.
Each is also locked to the sites you list. A key lifted from one client’s page will not load anywhere else, which matters when the same key is visible in the page source of every site you install on.
What it will not do
It answers on websites, not on Instagram, Messenger or WhatsApp. It has no ticketing, no shared inbox and no live handoff to a human agent; when it cannot answer it says so and shows whatever contact route you configure.
If your clients need a full support desk, this is the wrong tool. If they need their documentation to answer for itself on their own site, under their own name, it is the right one.
Questions
- Can my clients tell the widget is not built by us?
- No. The panel carries your client's name, colours and wording, it can be served from a domain you control, and there is no badge, mark or link back to us on any paid tier. Nothing a visitor can open reveals otherwise.
- How many clients does the Agency tier cover?
- Ten client assistants, each allowed ten sites, so an apex, a www and any subdomains of the same business count once. Past ten it is a conversation rather than a bigger flat tier.
- Is there a per-reply cost I need to price into my retainer?
- No. Agency does not meter replies. What is counted is client assistants, so your cost is predictable regardless of how busy any one client's site gets.
- What happens if a client leaves?
- Delete their assistant and the slot is free for the next client. There is no per-client contract or minimum term on our side; you keep whatever terms you have agreed with them.
- Can each client have different knowledge and a different personality?
- Yes. Each assistant has its own documents, its own colours and its own instructions for how to speak, and they never share retrieval. One client's material cannot surface in another client's answers.
